Invences Inc. builds advanced network automation and intelligent deployment systems for enterprise private networks across rural and distributed sites. As we expand our nationwide deployments, we’re looking for hands-on engineers who thrive in the field, enjoy solving real-world technical challenges, and want to help shape the future of connected infrastructure in remote environments.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer enterprise network sites across rural regions in the U.S. Lead on-site deployment, setup, and maintenance of Invences' network automation platform and field systems.
• Work directly with customers, on-site technicians, and network managers to ensure smooth integration, validation, and training.
• Diagnose technical issues across mechanical, electrical, and network layers in real-world field conditions.
• Collaborate with engineering, software, and product teams to relay field insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Own the full deployment lifecycle—from pre-site readiness checks to on-ground commissioning and post-deployment performance validation.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience as a mechanical, electrical, telecom, or network technician/engineer. Ability to travel frequently and work in demanding outdoor or rural field environments.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills across electro-mechanical systems, embedded hardware, sensors, connectivity, and networking components.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities to represent Invences professionally during deployments.
• Resourceful, adaptable problem-solver comfortable improvising solutions in field conditions with limited resources.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working on enterprise private networks, LTE/5G-based private networks, rural broadband deployments, or edge infrastructure.
• Familiarity with communication and connectivity tools (GPS, remote management systems, field radios, Starlink, etc.).
• Previous field service, telecom rollout, or startup experience where you handled multiple responsibilities.
