Job description:

We are looking for an experienced Integration Test Engineer to support unit-level radio performance integration and verification in a lab environment. The role requires hands-on expertise with RF test equipment, strong knowledge of wireless technologies, and close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure products meet world-class performance and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for unit-level radio performance integration and verification, ensuring our products meet world-class standards.
  • Assist product development groups, including firmware, software, and hardware teams, to successfully implement robust solutions.
  • Document test procedures and results meticulously to ensure accuracy and reliability are consistently met.Perform troubleshooting to determine the root cause of performance issues and test failures, bringing to bear your analytical skills. · Drive continuous improvements of test processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with RF lab equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and high-speed oscilloscopes.
  • Experience with Keysight Open RAN studio is a plus.
  • Experience with power systems, particularly 48 volts, is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in configuring both Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Comprehensive understanding of wireless technologies (e.g., LTE, 5G-NR) and industry standards (e.g., 3GPP).
  • Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA and Bitbucket.
  • Proven track record in test execution, results collection, and report generation.
  • Knowledge of scripting or programming languages, preferably Python or Shell.
  • Experience with Open RAN is a plus.
  • Proficiency in network configurations such as DHCP, VLANs, IPv4, and IPv6.
  • Ability to engage with customers and partners in a professional and effective manner.
  • Knowledge of synchronization solutions such as PTP and SyncE.
  • Understanding of XML and RPC interfaces.
  • Familiarity with AISG/ALD devices is a plus.
