We are seeking a highly communicative and technically strong Network Automation & Security Engineer to support and drive automation initiatives across our lab environments. This role requires close collaboration with developers, network teams, and stakeholders to streamline processes, enforce best practices, and strengthen our position as a “golden lab” for operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers to drive automation efforts and streamline processes.
• Communicate technical requirements clearly and efficiently to cross-functional teams.
• Serve as a firm yet approachable point of contact, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Work with Palo Alto, F5, and related network security technologies to support automation tasks.
• Develop and implement automated reporting solutions to track performance and compliance.
• Engage with stakeholders to reinforce the organization's position as a "golden lab" and ensure other labs adhere to best practices.
• Optionally, leverage Palantir expertise to enhance data integration and analysis.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to relay technical information effectively. Knowledge of Palantir (a plus but not required).
• Experience with Palo Alto, F5, and similar networking technologies.
• Familiarity with automation tools and the ability to develop automated report cards.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and make firm decisions when needed.
• Experience working in high-stakes environments where clear communication and leadership are essential.
