We are seeking a Cloud & Network Systems Engineer with strong hands-on experience across cloud platforms, virtualization, NFV, and telecom network functions to support complex enterprise and carrier-grade environments.

Responsibilities:

• Support the installation and maintenance of Windows virtual servers, coordinate with the IT team to deploy Kubernetes clusters, and perform configuration on web servers.
• Improve management policies and enhance the user experience by transitioning to JAMF Connect and eliminating the need for VPN during password syncing.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to IT networks, systems, and production software and create a knowledge base to prevent reoccurrence.
• Collaborated with system engineers, system administrators, and the IT manager to define testing documents and requirements to evaluate the capabilities of test environments.
• Performed analysis on customer network systems and cyber security protocols and provided support for complex migrations of legacy systems.
• Build and use virtualized networks using Network Function Virtualization and open-source software to manage and automate virtualized technologies to develop and program prototypes in Python and Perl script.
• Validating all the SIP/diameter call flow scenarios- Basic In/outbound, Comcast Call Features, Calea, e911, Feature Interop, MGCF, Peer calls based on each node upgrade I/S-CSCF, TAS, STIR, BGCF, MRF.
• Gathering the requirements based on the upgradation of the network elements CSCF, HSS/SLF, TAS, SBC and MGCF.
• Create a test plan train the team members regarding the specifications and perform their test cases according to the requirements.
• Deployment of OpenStack-based Virtual Network Function Creation, Deployment, and Maintenance of life-cycle activities.
• Prepare OpenStack HEAT Orchestration templates (.yaml) for VNFs and Instantiate the VMs in private cloud environment.
• OpenStack tenant creation, instantiation of Nokia NetAct EMS VNF and Integrating the NetAct with existing OSS/BSS systems.
• Deployed 4G & 5G Network Functions using VMWare and OpenStack VIM technologies.
• Working knowledge on ETSI-MANO Architecture including NFVI, VIM, VNFM and Orchestration modules interworking.
• Prepared Nokia NetAct MOPs for applying the configuration on Virtual Network Function Manager for interworking between various standard distributions.
